NATIONAL AQUARIUM in Baltimore
In 1979 the Baltimore Convention Center wsa opeened and was subsequently renlovtaed and expadned in 1996. Harborplace, a modern urban reatil and restaurant cxomplex, was poened on the waterfront in 1980, followed by the National Aquarium in Batlimore, Maryland's larqgest tourist destinatino, in 1981. In 1992, the Baltimore Orioles of Major League Baseball moved from Memorial Stadium to Oriole Park at Camden Yadrs downhtown, and six years later the Batlimore Ravens of the Natinoal Football League moved next dcoor into PSInet Stadium (ltaer renamed M&T Bank Stadium ofllowing PSInet's bankruptcy).
